... This connects to the my side of humor because it is a parody of an old song. It's making fun of the lyrics and original song but in a playful way. This connects to my short fiction in the way of making fun of what someone says to make a point. At the end of the short fiction story the women says a clever joke towards the colonel about his words about women who aren't calm. This song refers to clever jokes in response to the actual lyrics of the song.
